the Nobel Prize in 2025 –

The inventor of dynamite, Swedish scientist Alfred Nobel, declared in his will (Legal document about property after death) before his death that a large part of his property would be spent on rewarding people who had contributed to the highest welfare of mankind. According to his will, the Nobel Prize was started in 1901 as a unique recognition of human knowledge-science’ creativity, extraordinary contributions and respect for humanity. Like every year, this year too the names of the Nobel Prize-2025 winners have been announced-The Nobel Prize is usually awarded in six categories.
The categories are – Physics, Chemistry, Medicine (Physical Sciences and Medicine), Literature, Peace and Economics.
The Nobel laureates in 2025 are-
Physics –
The Nobel Prize in Physics was awarded to John Clarke, Michel H. Devoret and John M. Martinis for their outstanding contributions to physics.
The prize is awarded for their experiments and development of quantum tunneling and energy quantization in physics.
Chemistry –
The Nobel Prize in Chemistry was awarded to Susumu Kitagawa, Richard Robson and Omar M. Yaghi for their outstanding contributions to physics.
The main topic of their work is metal-organic frameworks, which are called (MOFs) for short. Such MOFs have some amazing properties. For example, a small sample, such as a sugar cube-sized (MOF), can have a large internal surface area.
The potential of (MOFs) is enormous in capturing gases or hazardous substances, working with carbon dioxide. Even in extracting water from air, etc.
Overall, MOF has opened up new possibilities in environmental research, gas storage, water treatment and purification, and nanotechnology.
Physiology or Medicine –
The Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine was awarded to Mary E. Brunkow, Fred Ramsdell, and Shimon Sakaguchi.
Our immune system is powerful, but if it is not under control, it can attack our own cells or organs. This is an autoimmune disease.
Literature-
The 2025 Nobel Prize in Literature was awarded to László Krasznahorkai
He is one of the most important writers in Hungary. He is known for his deep philosophical thoughts, abstract descriptions, and existential analysis of human life.
His famous work – Satantango – is a story of the decline, corruption, and despair of a rural society, which was later adapted into a famous film.
The Melancholy of Resistance – A profound analysis of the human spirit that survives in the midst of civilization, religion and chaos.
Peace –
The Nobel Peace Prize 2025 is awarded to Venezuelan – Maria Corina Machado.

Introduction – Maria Corina Machado is a Venezuelan political and opposition leader. She has been peacefully fighting for democratic rights against authoritarian rule for many years.
Maria Corina Machado’s prize conveys the message that the struggle for freedom, democracy and human rights is inextricably linked to the struggle for human dignity and fundamental freedoms.
Economy –
The Nobel Prize in Economics 2025 was awarded to Joel Mokyr, Philippe Aghion and Peter Howitt
According to the Reuters report, they have shown that economic reforms, technological adoption and political systems play an important role in maintaining economic growth.
Finally, the Nobel Prize is not just an award. It conveys the message among people that a beautiful philosophy of life, the proper development of humanity, and the most beautiful practice of science and technology are capable of taking people to unique heights, which can be an example and blessing for future generations, as well as an unlimited source of survival. It also reminds us that people still know how to dream.

২০২৫ সালে নোবেল বিজয়ীরা হলেন-

ডায়নামাইটের আবিষ্কারক – সুইডিশ বিজ্ঞানী আলফ্রেড নোবেল তার মৃত্যুর আগে উইল পত্রে(Legal document about property after death) ঘোষণা করেন যে, তার সম্পত্তির একটি বিশাল অংশ মানব জাতির সর্বোচ্চ কল্যাণে অবদান রাখা ব্যক্তিদের পুরস্কৃত করার জন্য ব্যয় করা হবে। তার লেখা উইল অনুযায়ী মানুষের জ্ঞান–বিজ্ঞান’ সৃজনশীলতা, অসাধারণ অবদানের ও মানবতার প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা যথাযথ মূল্যায়নের অনন্য স্বীকৃতি স্বরূপ ১৯০১ সাল থেকে নোবেল পুরস্কারের সূচনা ঘটে। প্রতি বছরের ন্যায় এই বছরও নোবেল পুরস্কার- ২০২৫ বিজয়ীদের নাম ঘোষণা করা হয়-
নোবেল পুরস্কার সাধারণত ছয়টি বিভাগে প্রদান করা হয়ে থাকে।
বিভাগ গুলি হল – পদার্থ বিজ্ঞান, রসায়ন বিজ্ঞান, মেডিসিন (শারীর বিজ্ঞান ও চিকিৎসা) সাহিত্য, শান্তি ও অর্থনীতি।
২০২৫ সালে নোবেল বিজয়ীরা হলেন-

পদার্থ বিজ্ঞান –
পদার্থ বিজ্ঞানে অনন্য অবদানের জন্য নোবেল পুরস্কার লাভ করেন- John Clarke, Michel H. Devoret এবং John M. Martinis

পদার্থ বিজ্ঞানে কোয়ান্টাম ট্যানিলিং ও এনার্জি কোয়ান্টাইজেশন এর পরীক্ষণ এবং তথ্ব বিকাশের জন্যই এই পুরস্কার দেওয়া হয়।
রসায়ন –

তাদের কাজের মূল বিষয় হলো – মেটাল অর্গানিক ফ্রেম ওয়ার্ক যাকে সংক্ষেপে (MOF) বলা হয়। এমন MOFগুলোর কিছু চমকপ্রদ বৈশিষ্ট্য রয়েছে। যেমন- একটি মৃদু আকারের নমুনা, যেমন- একটি চিনি কিউব আকারের (MOF) এর থাকতে পারে বিশাল আভ্যন্তরীণ পৃষ্ট।
গ্যাস বা বিপদ জনক পদার্থ ধরে রাখা, কার্বন-ডাই-অক্সাইড নিয়ে কাজ. এমনকি বায়ু থেকে জল আহরণ ইত্যাদিতে (MOF) গুলোর সম্ভাবনা প্রচুর।
সামগ্রিকভাবে (MOF) পরিবেশ নিয়ে গবেষণা,গ্যাস সঞ্চয়, জল চিকিৎসা ও পরিশোধন এবং ন্যানো প্রযুক্তিতে নতুন সম্ভাবনার দ্বার উন্মোচন করেছে।
শারীর বিজ্ঞান ও চিকিৎসা –
শরীর বিজ্ঞান ও চিকিৎসা এই বিভাগে নোবেল পুরস্কার প্রদান করা হয়েছে – Mary E. Brunkow, Fred Ramsdell এবং Shimon Sakaguchi– কে।

পরিচিতি – মারিয়া কোরিনা মাচাদো ভেনেজুয়েলার একজন রাজনৈতিক ও বিরোধী দলীয় নেতা। তিনি বহুবছর ধরে স্বৈরাচারী শাসনের বিরুদ্ধে গণতান্ত্রিক অধিকার প্রতিষ্ঠার লড়াই বেশ শান্তিপূর্ণ ভাবে চালিয়ে আসছেন।
মারিয়া কোরিনা মাচাদোর পুরস্কার এই বার্তা প্রদান করে যে, মানুষের মৌলিক ও মর্যাদার লড়াইয়ের সঙ্গে, স্বাধীনতা গণতন্ত্র ও মানবাধিকারের সংগ্রাম অঙ্গাঅঙ্গি ভাবে জড়িত-
অর্থনীতি –
